I share the chart; you follow it daily.
- Daily wakeup early in the morning at 5 AM and do meditation for 15 mins. Your complete body will be relaxed and your concentration for your diet in a day will be focused.
- Do normal Yoga, don’t strain your body. Doing yoga will reduce cholesterol in the body.
- Coming to breakfast, Take fruits. Any fruit of your choice but take only 2 fruits in the morning.
- Drink 1 glass of milk after breakfast.
- At lunch, take 3 fruits and one cup of green vegetables – Green veg will help you to make healthy while in diet and you not worry about your health condition.
- Take one glass of milk in the evening.
- At nighttime, Take 2 fruits and just go for a walk for 5 mins. Take one glass of water before sleep. Sleep for at least 6 hours daily because following a diet and relaxing your body are the main things to reduce your body weight.
- Finally, I conclude by saying, If you became psychologically strong to lose bodyweight- You will surely lose body weight.
