How do you make sure you are healthy?

1. Eat right

 Make sure you eat well. If you don't have enough food, you won't have enough energy to function properly. You need to eat at least five times per day. Your body needs protein, carbs, fats, vitamins, and minerals. A balanced diet should consist of about 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat, and 5% fiber.

2. Get plenty of sleep

Sleep is essential for brain functioning and physical recovery. Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep each night. Try not to stay awake late at night watching TV or playing video games.

3. Exercise regularly

Exercise helps keep your weight under control and boosts your immune system. It's also good for your mental health. Find something you enjoy doing and stick to it.

7. Don't smoke

Smoking cigarettes is bad for your lungs and causes cancer. It also makes you feel tired and sluggish.
