 2. Foods Rich in Curcumin

 There are certain foods that naturally contain high levels of curcumin. These include curry, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, and beans.

 3. Tea

 Tea is another great way to get curcumin into your system. Simply add 1 teaspoon of turmeric to boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes. Strain out the solids and enjoy!

 4. Tincture

 Tinctures are liquid extracts of herbs that have been infused with alcohol. You can use them topically or internally. To make a tincture, place 2-3 teaspoons of dried herb in a jar along with enough alcohol to cover the herb completely. Let the mixture steep at room temperature for two weeks before straining out the solids. Use tinctures externally to treat skin irritations, infections, and wounds. Internally, they can be used to treat digestive disorders, anxiety, insomnia, and headaches.
